Matt and Katy Fisk serve as Directors of Family Ministry and bring over 15 years of experience working with churches and families across every stage of life, from elementary-aged children to campus ministry students. They previously served in Virginia, where they helped lead a young professionals ministry. They are passionate about cultivating healthy, faith-filled families and churches, and they love serving together to help churches create spaces where faith can grow across generations.
Dr. David Pocta
Congregational Teacher & Core Leadership Team
Dr. David Pocta is a spirituality scholar, ministry builder, and educator with a rich background in pastoral work and academic achievement. Over nearly three decades, he has served in various capacities across multiple cities and continents. He currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development for Chord as well as the Director of the Institute for the Study of Contemporary Spirituality at Oblate School of Theology
Jake Ostrowski
Jake brings a deep passion for Scripture and spiritual formation to his role as Director of Preaching & Teaching. He is happily married to his wife, Bethan y, and together they are raising their three children in San Antonio, Texas. Originally from the East Coast, Jake and Bethany spent over a decade in the ministry before moving to Texas. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Spirituality at Oblate School of Theology, where he continues to deepen his understanding of faith and its application in today’s world.

Francisco and Gracie have been happily married since August 2022. Francisco loves to talk about sports and play them, as well as learning about others and trying new things! Gracie is always down for a thrifting and crafting. Together they enjoy and do a great job leading both the Youth & Family Ministry as well as the Young Professionals Ministry.
Kamryn Averi
Alpha Omega Campus Ministry
Kamryn is a 2024 graduate of Texas State University where she got her degree in Marketing and International Business. She currently serves with our San Antonio campus ministry at UTSA and Northwest Vista Community College. She is a joyful servant, spending the majority of her time engaging with the campus ministry women, facilitating bible discussions, and coordinating outreach events that help students learn more about Jesus.
Jeffery Landeros
Alpha Omega Campus Ministry
Jeffery is studying Communications at The University of Texas at San Antonio. He serves with passion in a part time role with our Alpha Omega Campus Ministry. When he's not studying, he spends his time engaging with campus students, mentoring, serving the community, and coordinating outreach events to help students learn more about Jesus.
